Hello, Im looking for a lodger to rent a room.
The room is a good sized double bedroom furnished with a double bed, mattress and wardrobe.
The house is a modern 2 bedroom end of terrace on Clermont Avenue. This is only few minutes drive from the train station and 10-15 minutes walk to the centre of town.
I work Monday to Friday for an insurance company, I work on shifts every other week and don't get in until 8. 30 pm which means the use of lounge is free whenever I'm out.
The kitchen is modern and clean, I allocate cupboards and fridge space to make your stay more homely.
All pots pans and kitchen appliances ready to use.
There is a good size garden, space for parking on the drive and wifi.
Looking for a friendly, tidy lodger, no DSS.
Please note, the furniture in the spare room has since changed, the picture is just to give an idea of the size of the room.
