Nice bathroom facilities including separate shower & bath. 2 toilets in house.

Excellent & unlimited broadband available.

Professional cleaning of communal areas is included, though one expects normal respect for others and general cleanliness to be maintained.

Easy & safe off street parking available, which is a luxury these days.

Short walk to Sainsburys (0. 3 mile or 5 min), town centre, leisure complex, bus & railway station (0. 6 - 0. 8 mile or 12-14 min). And there is a nice local pub down the road.
