Single large room non smoker

Situated in a quiet cul de sac 2 mins walk from train station and town center. 5 minutes to Tesco extra.
The house is new built and it is very close to Addlestone station in very quiet area.
Room is good size single with bed and mattress and wardrobe. There is balcony available.
Separated bathroom which will be normally used by your 90 percent of the time so you will be responsible for keeping it clean.

Kitchen is fully furnished. Broadband available(with no usage limits). The rent including all bills is 500 pounds.

We prefer clean and decent person and strictly non smoker. Although preference is female but neat clean and strictly non smoker male can be preferred.
