The room is furnished with a double bed, hanging space and chest of drawers. Bedding and other furnishings can be supplied at extra cost - small amount extra.

The house itself is a maisonette, but very large. 2 mins walk from the centre of Addlestone, trains and buses 5min walk at the most! So great location!!

Current occupants - relaxed, & easy going female (50's) who works full time, & her son (20). Son stays at partners more often than not.
very quite house hold....until grandchildren come round (most Weekends)

cleaner comes twice weekly for whole house, can include your room at your expense.

Please note due to the previous tenants the room will not be available for viewings until around 8th March onwards, available to rent from around the 15th March onwards.
