Double Room in Great Location

This double room is available in a split level maisonette just off Banstead High st. The room is furnished except for a bed at the moment. One shared bath room, washing mashine, broadband and open fire all available.

I am a smoker but I only smoke in my bed room and give up for months at a time.

I work in London Mon-Fri so tend to be out from 7-7 ish.

I have been a flat mate many times. I would like to find someone who is genuinely clean and tidy. I have very little preference on age, gender or orientation. Because of my long working hours I tend to spend week day evenings in my room and I am out a lot of the weekend.
