Single room available for 5 nights a week

I have a single room available that would suit someone who is say working away from home. I'd prefer to have weekends to myself but happy to accommodate the occasional need to stay for the weekend.

Bedroom has large velux window, single bed, clothes rail and chest of drawers also acting as bedside cabinet.

House - chalet bungalow style, 3 beds, with garden and garage for bicycles. Bathroom/loo upstairs and a shower room/loo downstairs. Sitting room and separate dining room. Kitchen with breakfast bar. Quiet cul de sac on road parking.

Location - cul de sac residential road, short walk to good bus service into Guildford/Cranleigh/Horsham, flat cycle to Guildford, Godalming, Cranleigh.

Occupants - One Large Munsterlander dog who is very friendly. Live in Landlady - single female with a sense of humour but appear to be maturing too early, so like the quiet life. Currently have a male lodger in the double room.

Bills include gas, electric, water, broadband. 5 nights = Sunday to Thurs eve's inc.

Not suitable for couples or students.
