Owner occupies from Monday night to Thursday morning and is away most weekends.

Parking is no problem and the neighbours are very friendly.
The 53 bus route to Guildford or Cranleigh is at the end of the road and it is a five minute walk to the shops and pubs in the village.
Lots of lovely walks and countryside right on the doorstep.
