Female wanted to share a double storey apartment in Bramley, 3 miles from Guildford Godalming and Cranleigh in the heart of this lovely village. It was a brewery 120 years ago which is why it is so large and full of character, but has no garden. The room is 18"6 by 12 1'with plenty of storage cupboards and a table. There is a charmimg old fashioned open plan farmhouse style kitchen /diner / lounge fabulouse for dinner parties, with a Rayburn stove/cooker used in the winter to keep the kitchen diner nice and cosy. It also runs the central heating, and an electric oven . There are 2 fridges and a freezer so plenty of space for your food, and an old pine table and a pine dresser to keep all your things in. It is open plan to the sitting room with leather sofas and TV. Bramley is a lovely village with 2 pubs, an Indian a Thai restaurant and a Chinese takeaway. We have a Nisa supermarket with internal post office, Petrol station and chemist all within 3 minutes walk, in fact many other shops, many more than most small villages, which makes it such a super friendly place to live. There is free parking in the roads nearby and plenty of buses in to Guildford or Cranleigh. Nearest train station is Shalford with free parking 1 and a half miles away or guildford station which is 3 miles. We are looking for a sociable girl 25-41ish to join Ian, Gary and Sarah.
