I have a single room to let in a beautiful four bedroom detached family home for a professional or student. In walking distance of ASDA superstore and local shops, hairdresser and takeaways.

Please note rent is cheaper as not near a Tube or Train Station (unless you are willing to go to a train station by the local Bus route). Have a drive off road for your car if you have one.

I have 2 children (age 15 and 8) and am willing to have a tenant/ Lodger full time or part time (which-ever is preferable).

Room has own personal bathroom right next door to bedroom which will be for the tenants's/ Lodger's use only. Have Wireless Broadband 24 x 7. All utilities included in rent (apart from home phone). Off street parking available as well as storage in garage if needed. Can have room furnished or non-furnished. Room currently has one single bed, desk & chair, chest of drawers, a Wardrobe, TV with DVDs (need an aerial if you want terrestrial TV). If you need more or less furniture I can sort that.

Room and bathroom will be cleaned free of charge every other week by my cleaner if you want it.
