The house is ideally located! It is just a 5 minute walk to the local amenities including Tesco, M&S, village with bars and restaurants. For commuters it is a 3 mile drive to the A3/M25 and a 15 minute walk to nearest mainline station with direct routes to London and Woking/Guildford.
The house has a shared bathroom, open plan lounge/dining area with internet, cable TV, and a fully-equipped kitchen. There is also a nice relaxing garden and storage space in the garage for bicycle, motor bike, golf clubs etc. The double room is clean and tidy with lots of Ikea storage and a very comfortable memory foam bed.
