D/room in large 5-bed private house and bathroom

We are a mature (don't let that put you off) married couple who have a choice of double rooms available in a beautiful private 5-bedroom house only 5 minutes from Camberley town centre so it's a great location.

Fully furnished and all amenities, including a private bathroom with toilet and shower. You would also have open access to the rest of the house. Plenty of private parking and lovely garden.

We live a relatively quiet life (apart from when our grandchildren are running riot) and would prefer a professional person who wants somewhere that is a 'home from home', where they can relax, be themselves and feel comfortable.

Our previous 4 tenants were 19, 26, 24 and 28 and they loved it here (you can ask them) so don't be put off by our ages as we are very 'young at heart':)

I'm sorry but only female lodgers will be considered and non-smokers.

We are easy going and relaxed and as 'Northerners' we enjoy a great sense of humour, but we are house-proud, so if you enjoy living in chaos, then this really isn't the place for you:(

I run my own consultancy business from home, and sometimes I need quiet during the day, but not that often, so the best applicant is likely to be a professional person who works during the day.
