Camberley - Room available

I am looking for someone to rent my single room. It does have the option of another pull out bed to make a double bed if needed.
The room is double glazed.
The room contains a bed, 2 wardrobes, chest of drawers, desk and bedside table.
There is only myself in the property.
The house is 15mins walk to the town centre and has all facilities. There is a garden, freeview TV in the room and the ability to access a wireless internet connection.
There is use of the kitchen, bathroom (with shower) and dining room which has a sofa and television.
I am looking for someone who is in employment at present.
Monday to Friday lodgers preferable.
