Two Double bedrooms available for two individuals

There are five of us currently living in a bungalow in Camberley, two of which will be moving out in May/June, therefore we are looking for two more housemates.

The bungalow is quite big and spacious. We have a large living room with a nice log burner. The kitchen is a medium size and has plenty of cupboard space for food etc. we have one bathroom with a bath and shower head and a seperate toilet. There is also a seperate utility room.
The back garden is a very good size and has a garage and four outbuildings.

The two rooms we have available are both the same size more or less. They are both square and medium sized meaning you can fit a double bed in with ease as well as some furniture too.

Myself, Emily and my partner James share one room. I am a Photographer currently cleaning on the side and James is a classic car renovater. We both also have a furniture business together which we run from the outbuildings/garage.
Fran is the third housemate and she is a teacher.
We are all very friendly and laid back people who like to keep the house clean but still like to have fun.
We would like two people who we can get on with and who have sense of humours. We like to help eachother out and cook for eachother etc.
Currently we do have a cat named Graham.

Rent is £500 per room per month, including bills (council tax, water, electric, gas, internet)
One months rent will be required as a deposit.

The house is very near to shops, train station and motorways, but is still located in a nice area.
