We have a decent sized single room fully furnished, Divan Bed, New Mattress, Small Flat Screen TV, Wi-Fi, New Wardrobe / Draws, Black Out Binds/Drops.

We set back off the London Road in Camberley, it is a nice peaceful area if you are looking for somewhere you can chill out in the evening this is it, we are only a short walk from the Atrium/Camberley Town and a car ride to the Meadows (Large Tesco & M&S) there are bus stops with in 5 min walk if you do not have car.

Parking: On Street parking, but do not worry the road leads into a Cul-de-sac it is very secure and safe.

Monthly Rent: £390 per calendar month, this includes All Bill + your room will be cleaned the weekend you are away and all bed linen washed dried and returned to you.

1 Month Upfront required the day you move in, £100 deposit required to secure the room, this will be returned to you the day you leave giving that the room is left in good condition.

Oh and we have a cat :-)
