We are located in a nice quite area set back off the London Road in Camberley, there are communal gardens & we have a table and chairs out the back which you would be free to use when ever.
We are looking someone to rent our spare room who respects others space, pleasant/chatty but at the same time enjoys there own company (if that makes sense)
you will be sharing our bathroom & kitchen, you will have your own space in the fridge/freezer & also your own cupboard. the lounge is off limits as we work long hours we would like to keep this free for ourselves to chill in of an evening.

Location: 5min drive to town & train station.
20-30min walk to town & train station.
easy access to all major routes A331 M25.

Things to do:
we have the local Atrium, cinema, bowling, a variety of restaurants, we are also a short walk from the woods so if you are into biking or walking then this is ideal.
