Hiya I have a lovely 2 bedroom flat in carshalton, I am looking to rent out my cute single room on short term basis or a Monday - Friday let.
As it's a small room it's perfect for short term lets or if you in between homes, or short term job contracts etc. I have had a few tenants one for 3 month, 6 weeks, 11 months they have all worked out really well. My last lady came for a couple months but has stayed 2 years and is now off to work abroad.

I live a 5-10 min walk to the train station which takes you most places, a bus ride away from Sutton town centre. Also a bus ride away from the northern line.

There are a few shops just across the road so very handy, some nice pubs and restaurants close by and a gym at the end of the road, carshalton also has a lovely little village which you can walk to.

I am 33 years old, I work as a full time nanny, i am just looking for a friendly person to share my home with I am a friendly organised person, and I want someone to treat the place like it's their home to while they are here.
