This fresh, well maintained, tidy, top floor (2nd floor) flat in a quiet off road plot with off road parking a plenty and a bicycle shed on the grounds.
The flat has laminate flooring with carpeted bedrooms, standard facilities; fridge-freezer, microwave and washing machine. Bath and shower. It also has double glazing throughout.
The room for rent is 11' x 10' with neutral colors with a light beige carpet. It is unfurnished. I would prefer someone who intends to "move in" hence it being unfurnished.
The local area has a hospital, train stations (Carshalton & Hackbridge), a gym (Pulse),award winning pubs, excellent local shops, 24 garage, parks, tennis courts etc.

The type of person I would like to move in would be responsible, reliable, clean, tidy and busy. I don't want a lazy, lay-about.
