I have a single bedroom to let in a large 6 bedroom house.

The room has the best view of the large landscaped garden and is furnished with a posturepedic bed, 2 drawers under the bed, a table with drawer and a double door built in wardrobe with drawers and hanging space.

There is a large family bathroom with modern steam shower and Jacuzzi bath tub.

Dining room, kitchen, lounge and the garden can also be shared.

The house is 10 Min walk from Caterham train station with trains into London Bridge and London Victoria. It is also the same distance to Caterham high street, stores, supermarkets (Waitrose & Morrisons)

I have a cleaning lady weekly who cleans the common areas - You can pay and have her clean the individual's rooms and the shared bathroom as well.

I am a female professional, very easy to get along with, happy and friendly personality, looking for like minded people to share the house with. I enjoy cooking, and travel.
