A large double room to rent. The room consists of a double bed, drawer unit and a large wardrobe.

Links into Croydon & London are very good, a 5 minute drive from M25 (J6) and 5 min walk to Caterham train station and the main shops. The flat is fully equipped with modern kitchen/bathroom and also has a large amount of off street parking, I also have wireless broadband.

I am a 37 year old professional working in London. I love socialising and keeping fit. I am looking for a female or male professional (females would be preferred though)

No DSS/couples/students(or people that still live like students!)And definately no smoking inside the flat.

Monday to Friday tenants only please. This would suit a business person working away from home during the week.

£375 per calendar month, includes all bills. £250 deposit required and references.
