We have a single room in a 3 bed house withe the garden. The house is 10 minutes walk from Chessington North station, and 5 minutes to k2 bas, near the home is a shop. The room comes with a folding bed, and a wordrobe. If a tenant will want to have a single bed we can arrange it.
The house is fully fernished with a fully applicated kitchen, internet broadband is available, we have a nice gareden, free parking spaces near home. We are family who lives in the house with two children and one more person. We are looking for a friendly person to come and live with us. Rent would be 300£ per month- with 2 weeks deposit(all bills are included).
