I am a 25 year old professional female who is looking for a flatmate. The property is a clean and bright first floor maisonette located in Chessington South. The flat is totally furnished, including all cutlery and crockery. I have recently redecorated the flat, and have plans to improve the bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with double bed, big chest of drawers, wardrobe with hanging area, alongside it is a dresser with mirror with drawers below. There is a front and back garden and a small garage for outside storage.

All bills are included, Water, Gas & Electric, Council Tax and Internet Wifi and Virgin TV in the living room.

The station is only a 5 minute walk away, with a 30 minute train to London Waterloo every 30 minutes. The 71 bus stop is at the end of the road with buses to Epsom, Surbiton and Kingston very regularly.

I am looking for a professional to live with who is clean and tidy, sociable and friendly. I also have a very friendly cat called Amber, so a cat lover would be preferred!
