Small double in very large flat

Hi

I am moving out and need someone to replace me. There is small but good sized double to rent in a very large 3 double bedroom flat. There is wifi, as well as sky. We have a shared living room which is pretty big, as well as a large kitchen.

The rest of the flat is completely furnished, however the double won't be, although there is a built in cupboard area to hang clothes etc.

You will be living with two guys: Sav an engineer, and Tim, who drives ambulances. They are both stand up guys, very chilled out but clean, and generally really nice people!!! We like to hang out together and watch tv (GoT fans welcome), but aren't in each other's pockets.

We will require references and there will probably be around £100 fee for administrative stuff from the letting agents.
