Double room to rent in Chessington
Gonna start by saying I think it's really important to get along with your housemate and so I'm looking for someone who enjoys a laugh and a social pub venture. (If you enjoy Friday nights in and antiques roadshow on a Sunday afternoon we're probably not gonna match on that front!)
I am a 28 year old, former primary school teacher, and now recruit teachers for a consultancy in Vauxhall. I play football at the weekends, enjoy going out with mates and am interested in sports, politics and current affairs.
The flat is a 10 minute walk from Chessington North station which connects directly to Waterloo in 35 minutes and 30 second walk from a bus stop going into Kingston. For drivers, you're welcome to use the designated parking space.
Looking for a tenant 35 or under, to move in as soon as possible. The room available is a small double (10ft x 7ft).
All bills are included in the £490 which are: council tax, all utilities, broadband, Sky TV with HD sport and movies and a cleaner once a week.
Currently the room does not have a bed. I can provide £300 towards the cost of a new bed and mattress; you can choose whether you want a single bed (and more space) or a double bed. Taking turns with cooking will earn plus points!
