We are a professional married couple, who work in IT and Events Management, who own a four bedroom detached house in Chessington, Royal Borough of Kingston in KT9 2GE.

We are ideally looking to rent the room on a Mon to Fri basis to a professional person. We both work full time and have a rescue cat called Sargent Harry Major!

The over ground train takes just 35 minutes to get to London Waterloo. The over ground train passes though Wimbledon station which is 15 minutes from Chessington South station providing access to London Underground District Line and Tram Network to Croydon.

We have London busses stopping at the end of our road go to Kingston Hospital, Surbiton, Kingston, Epsom, Leatherhead, Dorking and Hook.

We have parking for 2 cars on driveway and free parking on road outside with no restrictions.

Our house is located just 7 mins from Junction 9 of the M25 and 5 minutes from the A3. Gatwick airport takes 25 minutes by taxi and Heathrow Airport takes 35 minutes by taxi when taking an early flight.

There is a new Lidl supermarket five minutes walk from our house, and a Tesco Local and Budgens Supermarket 12 minutes walk away.

We have a new doctors surgery 2 minutes walk from our house and Kingston Hospital is 15 minutes drive away.
