Modern and convenient Flatshare

Hi,

We've been had many flatmates over the years but this year, we will be moving to Manchester at the end of November, so our spare room is available for short term lets in October and November.

The entire flat will become available when we move out, end of November through the new live out landlord that will be doing a buy to let, so there’s a possibility of staying.

We've found that flat shares have been a great way to meet people and to make friends. We've done Easter, Xmas, and birthdays with our flatmates in the past and it has been fun. We highly recommend it. If this is the first time you are moving into a place and don't have much stuff, it's great to move to somewhere furnished, where you don't need a car because you are above shops and have easy access to both buses and trains. It has certainly been useful for us!

we are looking for someone who doesn't just want a room, but wants to make friends. We normally share all our things too (TV, hoover, ironing board, dishwasher, microwave, oven, plates, cutlery, pans...)
We love flatmate evenings, playing board games, crepe . evenings, film nights...
Being clean and open minded is always what works in a flat share.
