I am looking to rent out 1 fully furnished double room in my 2 bed semi-detached house, located in a peaceful cul-de-sac, 2 minute drive to Witley Station (direct Waterloo line), 5 miles to A3.

Dedicated off road parking space, private garden backing onto fields. Shared access to bathroom, downstairs toilet, living room and large kitchen.

Room is furnished with double divan bed (inc storage drawer), wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookcase, storage chest, desk and stool. Secure bike rack in shed.

Short walk down to village green with 2 fantastic pubs, Post Office, Boots, local shops etc.

I work full-time in Guildford and tend to spend weeknights at home or with my family who live in the village.
Weekends I am usually out socialising but do love the odd quiet weekend in catching up on Netflix and gardening.

I am looking for a professional female lodger to share my home, someone who is friendly and sociable but also respectful and tidy.
