Lovely welcoming house:- use of broadband, washing machine, garden, kitchen. There is a garage but only space for small car, bike or other outdoor stuff.

Bed linen and towels provided if required.
Plenty of storage in room.
The house is comfortable, warm and welcoming BUT has open
plan downstairs including the kitchen. Though there are doors through to the large conservatory which is a nice place to relax.

There are two loos but the bathroom is shared with me. Kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer.....and opens onto the lovely bright conservatory.
Use of paved courtyard style garden.

Opposite open countryside of Banstead Woods SSSI and close to a country pub serving food (5 mins walk).
Great walking and off road cycling locally.
Room has views of Banstead woods too, lovely to wake up to.
Close to parade of local shops with post office, newsagent, butchers, dry cleaners, Indian restaurant, hair and beauty salons.

Adorable little non-destructive dog lives here too so bear that in mind, it is essential that you must be tolerant of her!
Non smoker preferred.
There is wireless broadband.

For obvious reasons ideally I'd like us both to agree to a trial period to see if it works for both of us.
