Nice Rooms, Shared Shower, short lets preferred.

N. B I have put one month maximum but this can be reviewed as the flat is on the market.

I have requested Professionals, but would also consider female students.

The rooms are light and airy, both have TV's, wardrobes etc, the "single" room, though not huge, has a double divan.

The two rooms have a shared shower room.

The double is large, with a king sized bed, wardrobe, tv etc.

The ground floor flat is in a pretty village about 10 minutes drive to Englefield Green & Royal Holloway College.

Going the other way, it's 10 minutes drive to Woking, & 25 minutes to Guildford. There is a bus service, but it's not very efficient !

The flat is very near major motorways, the M25, M3 & M4.

Sunningdale Station is 7 minutes away, journey takes 40 minutes to Waterloo,

Woking Station is also 7 mins away, & takes 25 mins to London.

There is plenty of parking in the private car park.

There is broadband, and use of shared kitchen.

The double room has a large double bed, and is comfortable & cosy, and freshly decorated. It is self contained & benefits from the use of a shared shower room, comprising of a large walk in shower. etc. both of which are separated from the rest of the apartment by an internal door.

There is also a lovely garden that backs onto fields.

I would consider very short lets.

I am looking for professional females, for Monday - Friday only. Age is immaterial.

I require a deposit, references, a forwarding address, and a signed agreement.

Two weeks notice from either parties is also required.
