Large double room, overlooking garden, centrally heated with new en suite bathroom, in spacious family home located in a secluded area of Chobham (not Cobham!).

Semi furnished with double bed in situ, built in wardrobe, TV and WI fi (BT Infinity). The accommodation has recently been redecorated and new carpets laid. Large kitchen is shared but with multiple appliances (two ovens, steam oven, two microwaves, large hob etc). Will have own refrigerator and own space in large freezer.

Use of all usual utilities...washing machine, drier etc.

Additional privacy is offered by way of exclusive use of a small lounge that has 36" LED TV, DVD player and dedicated Sky Plus HD with catch up. Two large sofas and working fireplace. Use of garden (about one acre)

Having had au pairs when our daughters were younger, we are very aware of the importance of being able to provide privacy and seclusion when needed yet offer social interaction where appropriate. The accommodation provides this perfectly.

My wife and I live in the property. Both of us are professionals and recently retired from mainstream business to set up our own kitchen design consultancy which we run from an office in our garden.

We have a five year old King Charles Spaniel and a very friendly but elderly cat!

The property is a 10 minute walk to Village centre. Fast train (25 mins) to Waterloo from Woking 10 minutes drive away and Sunningdale station is also 10 minutes drive away. Heathrow is 20 minutes and Gatwick 40 minutes.

Ample private off road and secure parking. Own transport is advisable as public transport in the area is few and far between!

All service costs including Wi-Fi and Sky are included.

Regrettably, the accommodation is not suitable for a couple although overnight guest stays are not a problem.

Our current lodger of two years is leaving at the end of June to move closer to her new appointment at a London hospital. Consequently viewings will be available from 3rd July.
