The House: There is a shared large kitchen and lounge area with all expected appliances (including Tumble Dryer). Separate toilet and bathroom facilities. The house benefits from central heating and double glazing. The garden has a large patio for seating, with alleyway access via a gate and rear access to a conservation area called Happy Valley which is a beautiful, calm and relaxing place to visit for those who love nature.

The house mates are young professionals who are friendly and very welcoming. We are looking for a like minded tenant.
