Large, light double room with ensuite, Coulsdon

Hi, we are a married couple live in landlords, looking for a professional, non smoking lodger for our large spare room.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, tallboy, bedside chest, large built in wardrobes, armchair and has its own flatscreen TV and Sky+ HD box. It also has a private en suite bathroom with shower. All bills are included, with broadband access. Plentiful well lit street parking is available outside the house.

The house itself is in Coulsdon, looking over woodland and horse fields to the front, and over Chipstead Valley to the rear. It is approx 10 minutes walk from both Coulsdon South mainline station and Woodmansterne branch line. Coulsdon town centre is 5 mins walk away, and has a variety of shops and restaurants. We are also a short drive away from Banstead Woods and Happy Valley for those of you that appreciate the fresh air.

We are both professionals, work regular mon-fri hours and appreciate a bit of peace and quiet after long days at work. Weekends we are either relaxing at home or out with friends/family. We have 1 friendly and very well behaved cat, she has access to shared areas, but not the bedroom.
