House mate wanted for lovely home.

Seeking a professional house mate to live with me and my 3 year old.

The house is big with a spare sitting room to use at your own leisure and with 2 bathrooms means we shouldn't feel under each other's feet. Everything you need is contained downstairs including a large kitchen/ diner and spare room. We also have a big garden.

5 mins walk from station/ local amenities. Space in drive for a car. Train is approx 20-25 mins to East Croydon and 40 mins to Central London.

I am in my early 30 s, I work full time. I enjoy working out but equally like having a few drinks at the weekend. I'm easy going and enjoy having a laugh. I'm sociable and spend time going out with friends but equally happy to have time on my own.

Seeking someone who is happy to be around children, a like minded professional, someone who is able to clean up after themselves is always a bonus!
Will consider couples for £650 per month.
