A single room in a modern house with a friendly, positive professional live in Landlord. 5 minutes walk through Cordrey Gardens to Coulsdon town station and 15 minutes from Coulsdon South. Trains go from both stations to London Victoria, London Bridge and City Thames link.
There's an upstairs bathroom with shower and a downstairs toilet also. The back garden is a bit of a sun trap with a patio that has a great view of farthing downs. Supermarket stores are also 5 mins walk away and there's a very large Tesco in Purley down the road. Happy to drive you there on a weekend if needed.
I work as an animator for films like Paddington and Guardians of the Galaxy. I'm a creative and sophisticated guy with a bit of an interest board games. Would be a bonus if you liked playing too, but I don’t need it 😊. I'm respectful, accommodating and considerate and I expect the same in return. I would prefer a female tenant as I feel for the most part they prefer to live in a tidy environment.
