10 to 15 minutes walk to East Croydon, West Croydon, and South Croydon Train Station. Frequent 15 min rail services from East Croydon to Central London (London Victoria and London Bridge stations)

East London Line stops at West Croydon (25 min approx to Canada Water).

5 minutes walk to Surrey street market, great place to buy bargain groceries! The Croydon high street, bars and restaurants are minutes walk away. There are many supermarkets nearby (TESCO, ICE-LAND, LIDLL, ETC), within 5 min walk.

5 minutes walk to Church Street and Reeves Corner Tram Stops (Tram can take you all the way to Wimbledon, it also stops at IKEA).

The bathroom shown in photo will only be used by our tenants, so a maximum of only two people will be using this facility. (We use our on-suite bathroom).
