I work full-time and my 19 yr old son is a full-time student.

2 bathrooms (one practically to yourself so NO queuing for the bathroom in the mornings and 1 downstairs cloakroom.

Less than 5 minute walk to Addiscombe local shops and takeaways. Ashburton Park 1 minute walk away. East Croydon Station short tram/bus ride or 15 minute walk.
