The room is located very close to good transport links and shopping in Central Croydon being situated a mere 5 minute walk to West Croydon Train and Tram stations, town centre, shops library and 15 minute walk to East Croydon station. Trains to Gatwick, Brighton or London Bridge and London Victoria are 20 mins.

The double room is situated on the ground floor of a 3 storey building, it has a double bed, one tall wardrobe, bedside table and under-bed storage. The room has a shared kitchen/lounge with TV, Washing Machine, Fridge Freezer. There is also a shared garden. Broadband Internet and bills are included.

References and one month’s deposit will be required and rents are paid a month in advance by direct debit.
