Hay, I'm Alex and I currently have a room to rent in Croydon, South London.

Got a real nice nook at the moment and need an extra 1 to fill it.

Large double room, part furnished with wardrobe and sink.
The window overlooks a spacious garden and lets in wonderful light in the morning and afternoon.
The room has a handy little sink with hot and cold water.
The house has two bathrooms, one shower and bath, a spacious modern kitchen with a washing machine, microwave, a double sink, two fridge/freezers as well as the usual cupboards and oven!
The communal living room is cosy with a large L shaped sofa as well as a large TV and DVD player.
This includes all bills as well as virgin media TV & Broadband.

The deposit is 1 months rent which will be returned upon return of the keys.
The room is available from now and i am ideally looking for long term rental.

We are a house off fun friendly 20somethings all working locally.

Smokers will have full access of the garden and unfortunately we can not accommodate pets.

Local Bus stop 1 minute walk, Local Train Station that goes into Central London 3 minutes walk.
Brightly lit area after dark and there are shops on the same road open late.
