We are Nadia and Jorge, a friendly professional couple and the main tenants in a lovely, three bedroom house in Addiscombe, near East Croydon. We are looking to sub-let a furnished double room to a like minded professional. Nadia is a northerner originally and is a musician and music teacher and Jorge is Portuguese and works in the city. We are easy going and sociable.

The house is quite large and it is easy for you to have your own space if you require it.

It is a clean terraced house with a homely lounge, dining area doubling as a music room, utilities room and a large shared kitchen and bathroom. There is a lovely garden, pond with water feature and barbecue area, great for the summertime.

Washing machine, dishwasher and use of kitchen appliances.

Nice Family area, (Addiscombe) quiet but near everything. Bus stops are literally at the end of the road and there is a high street with shops catering for most of your shopping needs and pleasant cafes less than two minutes away.

Ashburton Park is 2 minutes walk away and Lloyd Park about 15 minutes walk.

Closest Tram: Addiscombe. (2 mins walk)
Closest Train: East Croydon, (3 stops on tram) which gives you access to London Victoria, London Bridge or London Waterloo in under 20 minutes. East Croydon is Zone 5 on TFL system, but is surprisingly accessible.

If you are a smoker there will be restrictions to guarantee the comfort of non smokers.

The tenancy is for a minimum 6 month period with a one month probationary period. One month's rent is required as a deposit. Previous landlord references would be a positive factor.
