Great friendly house to live in. Housemates are between 20-28 and in professional jobs. An arty freethinking houseHold, We have social evenings over dinner and wine. We would prefer for our new house mate to join in with us. BBQ and beers in the Summer. Great location for transport into London and Brighton. Seconds away from the restaurant quarter. We have a small dog at the house so applicants should be doggy friendly.

The room is furnished but if you have you own furniture I can move things out.
