Double Bedroom In Central Croydon

hello,

I have a good size double bedroom in my house.

available from september or before depends when the bathroom get re done.

i am happy to do short term rent, however this would be weekly rent with two weeks rent as a deposit. otherwise its monthly with a £300 deposit.

bills included are WIFI and Virgin
not included- council tax, water, electric, gas. the norm really

I don't mind pets as long as they don't damage the furniture and are litter trained. however if you have a puppy i can hardly say no to a ball of fluff.
I have two cats which are out door cats.

i work shifts, i have quite a challenging job so someone who is respectful would be appreciated but also someone who can have a laugh and has a sense of humour is a must.
as i work dodgy shifts you will have the house to your self most evenings.

no DSS. professionals only.

currently in there is a double bed, double wardrobe a small chest of draws and a desk. items can be taken out on request.

the room has just been decorated with white walls and grey wooden flooring. its a very light room

the house is a 7/8 minute walk to waddon train station which takes you to pond victor and london bridge, bus and tram stops at the bottom of the road
and a 15 minute walk to east croydon train station.
