A recently refurbished double room is available in a 3 bedroom house located in Waddon (Croydon). It's 10 minutes by bus from East Croydon Station and 5-10 minutes walk from Waddon Station. The new Waddon Leisure Centre is only 5 minutes walk from the house and there is also a big retail area in the close proximity. The room is furnished; inclusive of all bills, including broadband. The house is spacious with a large and very sunny garden. Free on-street parking is easy to find and usually available just in front of the house. I am looking for a female professional to share a relaxing household with me and one other girl; someone who enjoys occasionally socialising or a quiet night in with a glass of wine but also respects one's space.
