Large double and 1 single in Ballards Farm Croydon

A lovely double room with mirrored wardrobe in a large, warm and comfortable 4 bed 2 bathroom split level light and airy house. The room was redecorated last year and has a kingsize bed. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower. The let rooms have a bathroom to share (between 2) all on the top mezzanine floor. There is also a room for airing clothes and ironing on this floor.
The other room has a single bed in it. It also has a fitted mirrored wardrobe with cupboards above.

We have a fabulous, new, well-equipped kitchen, large dining hall and large bright lounge with a real fire. There is also a newly refurbished cloakroom. There is a nicely kept south facing garden at the back. All this in a quiet cul de sac facing the grounds of Royal Russell school.
Situated in a quiet, leafy part of Croydon with quick access to 64, 130, 466 and 433 bus stops and Coombe Lane tram stop. 9 minutes to East Croydon where there are quick, frequent trains to London and beyond.

Parking is available on the drive or on the road and we have high speed wireless internet access. The house is professionally cleaned fortnightly.

The male of the house is resident mostly Monday-Friday and the female only resident once every six weeks or so. We are looking for someone friendly, clean and tidy to fit in. If a couple apply the other room will not be let. You will need tobe comfortable with dogs as Cookie is a fairly frequent visitor (pug shih tzu cross).
