We have a beautiful, newly built apartment in West Croydon and looking for another professional person to share the place.

The flat is furnished recently, has an open kitchen with a spacious living room and balcony.

The closest train station is West Croydon station (overground and national rail available - 5 minutes walk.)

Fast trains are available to London Bridge and Victoria (15 to 21 min) from East Croydon train station (12 min walk).

An easy access to shops, supermarkets and cafe. The Centrale shopping centre and all of the big brands are in 5 min walking distance as well.

The monthly cost of the room is £550 including all of the utility bills and council tax. The deposit amount is the same as the monthly rent amount.

The broadband is Fibre Optic so that it is suitable for those who works from home sometimes like me:)
