Room available in beautiful flat

I've sadly got to leave my flat that I share with my friend, it's a great double room in a lovely two bedroom flat. Parking is onsite and there are grounds around the flat so there is so outside space if wanted. Waddon station is a 2 minute walk and central Croydon is a 12 minute walk or 5 minute bus/car ride. The flatmate who is staying is a great girl, who is so friendly and just wants someone she can enjoy a drink with occasionally. She manages a club so is barely there at the weekend so you basically get a two bedroom flat you yourself! I am moving back home and I don't have a problem leaving my bedroom furniture if you want it (bed, bookcase, wardrobe etc) just need to take my mattress. Or I can take everything out.
