The house has one bathroom and one toilet, both of them new, a big fully equipped and very spacious kitchen, big living room with 42” plasma and new sofas, a conservatory, and a very very big garden with a BBQ space, and trees.
All bills are included, we have super fast broadband up to 100 Mb, and you can park freely on the street.
We are six minutes walking from Waddon Station, and fifteen from East Croydon Station, from where you´ll be in 15 minutes in London Bridge, or in twenty in Victoria. We also have a bus stop just a few meters from our doorstep.
Sainsbury´s is six minutes walking from home, fifteen to Ikea, and ten minutes to Croydon centre, with all the amenities, shops, restaurants and pubs. Big leisure and job offer very near from your house.
