Nice single room 200 meters from tram stop

It is a single room in a house share. The Tram stop which takes you to Mitcham (where you can catch trains to the city), Wimbledon, (where you can catch fast trains to Waterloo as well as the District tube line)(if you do it this way you pay only zone 3+any other zones you are going through to reach your destination), East Croydon (where you can catch fast trains to London Bridge or Victoria, arriving there in just 20 minutes. This last one is one of the very few services that runs 24h, ideal when going out at night), or West Croydon (where you can catch the overground or trains). It is also connected with Balham (northern tube line) by taking the train at East Croydon. All this services operate with oyster card at no additional price. You can also walk to this 2 stations (East Croydon or West Croydon) as it takes just about 15 minutes. Excellent connections with Gatwick and Heathrow airport as well. If you use only the tram you can just buy a bus pass.
About 500 meters away you will find a huge Sainsbury's supermarket or about 1000 meters you will find a huge ASDA supermarket (open 24h from monday to friday). About 10 minutes walk from the house you will find shops, McDonalds, Burger King, post office, banks, shopping centres, coffee shops, hairdressers, library and all you will need!).
The washing machine has a dryer and you will share a fridge with just one girl. Smoking is only allowed in the big back garden. The house has a fire alarm, iron, ironing table and central heating. No kids or pets allowed. There is a very nice sitting room with a table and chairs, ideal to have a meal with friends. Two toilets, one with shower, the other one with a bath.
One month deposit + one month rent in pounds or euros, 4 months minimum stay.
