A female young professional is sought to rent a double bedroom in a four room house share approximately 15 minutes walk from East Croydon station.

The current tenants are female young professionals aged 21-29 who work in Croydon or central London.

The property was refurbished to a high standard approximately a year ago and is managed professionally by a landlord with a number of properties in south London.

The rent includes all bills, furniture (the actual room/furniture is pictured), TV and high speed broadband. There are two modern bathrooms shared between the four bedrooms and there is a shared kitchen, good size living area and garden/terrace.

There is no dedicated parking for the house, although there is some unrestricted on street parking. However, it is often not possible to get a space in the evenings, so can't be relied on unfortunately.
