The house is 4 Minute walk from Waddon Marsh Tram Stop and Waddon Station! This means that you are in East Croydon within a 10min tram ride! There you can enjoy the best shopping and restaurants.

Full of light and spacious rooms fitted with a Triple wardrobe, 5 drawer chest, 3 drawer bedside table and a bed frame with extra storage underneath, a DELUX ortho mattress, full body mirror, blackout screen and TV and data sockets. One of the rooms is fitted with a small lounge (armchair, side table and puff)
Shower room is share with 2 other housemates.

Takes 29 minutes to go into London Victoria, the house is on several bus routes. There is a tube station at West Croydon, easy accessible from the house with direct service to The City and Canary Wharf.

Wandle Park is a few minutes walk from the house where you can go relax, jog or have a picnic. You can also use the park as a short cut to access Croydon town centre.

The house has a modern kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, oven and grill and 2 fridge freezers, a breakfast bar, a cozy lounge, wireless broadband and a private back yard. Plenty of parking is also available. Each tenant has own cupboard and Fridge freezer shelf.

Housemates are young and fun professionals.

There are shops nearby, and the fab new Waddon Sports and Leisure Centre, containing a state of the art 65 station gym, 2 new pools, 2 fitness studios, sports hall and cafe. Classes are held in martial arts, badminton, yoga and Zumba, to name but a few.

Numerous nightclubs, bars, a large concert hall and theatre, a vibrant restaurant quarter and good shopping are all just a short bus ride or 20 min walk away.

Out of town stores like IKEA, John Lewis Home, Next, TK Max as well as Sainsbury's are nearby, and a large brand new Morrison's supermarket has just opened around the corner.
