Large (4. 9m x 3. 7m) double room for rent. Includes king size bed and mattress, bed side table and fitted wardrobes with dresser. Price includes council tax and all bills apart from phone calls although evening and wknd calls are free. High speed broadband is included in the price. Freesat is provided plus Sky movies. A professional cleaner comes once every two weeks to clean the kitchen and bathroom. Only looking for a female, non-smoker.

I'm a relaxed, friendly professional guy, who is easy going and looking for a second female flat mate. My interests include, Travel, Hiking, Snowboarding, Festivals, Gigs, Cinema, Dancing, Swimming, Racket Sports, Pool, Museums and Pubs. I’m big on travelling and love going to gigs. In terms of profession, I work in IT...a web developer. The household currently consists of myself and another housemate (female). I'm a pretty socialable guy so I'm looking for someone who is equally friendly, sociable and willing to muck in with the house cleaning.

The house has a large lounge, a good size bathroom and kitchen and a mature garden. The bathroom comes with a large bath and separate shower. The kitchen has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave and double oven.

As for location, the house is very close to the town centre. About an 8min walk. East Croydon station is just under 1km away with West Croydon station even closer. There is also a bus stop outside the house and a tram stop 2mins away. There is parking on the street which is permit controlled, Mon-Sat, 9am-5pm. A permit for a year will cost about £80.

Trains from East Croydon Station usually take between 16 and 20 mins to arrive at London Victoria or London Bridge. Trains run all night to East Croydon station. Getting to Wimbledon from the tram stop around the corner takes just 20mins.
