Room available in beautiful home

We are a very sociable house, looking to replace a housemate as they are re-locating. We are often described as a little family, so would like to find someone to share our home with us who is of a similar mind.

We often have house meals together, and in the summer often have a BBQ. Current housemates are a Teacher, Architect, Doctor, Toxicologist and a Programmer.

The house is stunningly beautiful and peaceful. We have a double garage, trampoline, canoe and kayak as we live next to the canal. It is also a very safe property, with electric gates and CCTV. High speed broadband and sky tv are included.

There are 2 office areas, 2 lounge areas, a dining area, 4 bathrooms with showers, laundry room and storage room. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all crockery and cookware, and we also have the luxury of an Aga.

The room comes with single bed, shelves, sink with storage underneath, drawers and clothes rail. There are plenty of additional areas of the house for storage or to use as a study. Another housemate is moving out in 3 months so there will be the opportunity to upgrade to a slightly larger room in the near future.

Alternatively there is an unfurnished double room located on the ground floor.

The landlord is fantastic, and responds to any issues immediately.
